There’s some great music at the Cut this October with DEAN FRIEDMAN.  Chart topping pop-icon, Dean will perform songs including familiar hits Lucky Stars, Lydia, McDonald’s Girl, Ariel and Woman of Mine. The tour coincides with the release of a compilation album, Dean Friedman Words & Music, including several of Friedman’s classic recordings and many fan favourites. Friday 4 October 7.30pm. Since 2010 PANGAEA have performed exciting, groove orientated music. Intense, beautiful and playful sounds. Saturday 5 October 7.30pm. Tickets £8.

As usual on Wednesdays we have the Cut Cinema with some new, some old and some blood sucking!  All at 7.30pm, tickets £5 on the door.

If visual art is your bag then Cut Connections shows nine artists who enjoy shared connections with The Cut. In this exhibition they are responding to the place with all its associations and activities. Preview Saturday 2 November 12-2pm. Wednesday 30 October – Wed 27 November.

For anyone looking to improve their Photography, Photoshop or WordPress skills there are some excellent classes in the superbly equipped Media Centre. We also have video editing, animation, digital art and sound design classes.
