Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum at Flixton
From the 1st April, the Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum at Flixton will be open Sunday to Thursday, plus Good Friday, from 10.00 to 5.00.
During the winter months, some new displays have been created and we have received some exciting additions to our collection of aircraft: a replica of the Boulton & Paul P.6 biplane of 1918; a magnificent replica of a forward fuselage of a 1930s Boulton & Paul Overstrand bomber incorporating the first powered gun turret; the original aircraft were both built by the company when in Norwich.
There are also several  large-scale models of other B&P experimental aircraft types of the 1920s/30s, plus a Red Arrows Gnat cockpit simulator and a two-seat Hunter  cockpit.
A busy events programme between April and September promises something of interest for everyone –
