Escape the Rat Race for an enchanted afternoon, where the Pied Piper calls the tune in this children’s classic at Ashill!
World renowned Norwich Puppet Theatre adds its special sprinkle of magic to this beautifully re- imaged adaptation of the classic fairytale ‘The Pied Piper’ at Ashill Community Centre on Sunday 12th October, supported by Creative Arts East.
Combining a perfectly tuned blend of puppetry, music and storytelling by one irrepressible performer, armed with a host of characters, the whole village of Hamlin comes alive in this charming story of naughty rats, clever children and a very magic flute! This traditional tale of a tune with many ‘tails’ will enchant the whole family in a perfect autumn afternoon treat.
You can see ‘The Pied Piper’ at Ashill Community Centre on Sunday 12th October at 2.30pm.
The show is suitable for ages 3 to 7 years and families.
This event is organised in partnership with Creative Arts East with funding by Arts Council England, Norfolk County Council, Breckland Council and The Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.
