Dan Wright is best known as one-half of the double-act behind CBBC TV show Big Cook, Little Cook. His stand-up comedy has a quirky style with hugely animated delivery and lively physical gestures as he bounds from one side to the other gesticulating and cracking some seriously side-splitting gags.
‘Very original, very funny, extremely entertaining.’ (City Life Magazine)
‘…rapid-fire comedy .. quirky, physical and seriously weird’ (Leicester Mercury)

Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act. With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects, he has been voted one of the top 10 comics to watch in 2011 by the London Is Funny website, calling him “an absolutely superb circuit headliner”
“exceptionally funny…extremely sharp…hugely enjoyable” (The Scotsman)
“Startlingly insightful” (The Guardian)
“Hilarious, Clever, sick and completely unrepeatable” (BBC Online)
“One of the best up-and-coming acts around” (Chortle)
“intelligence in spades…consummate idiot savant” (The List)

Danny has a unique ‘Tony Hancock-esque” style, genuinely different and hysterically funny. He started as a magician but his quirky style soon led him to the comedy clubs where he is now an established and popular act and regular host for the Jongleurs Comedy Clubs. As a stand up comic he has entertained the troops in Bosnia, Belfast, The Falkland Islands and Diego Garcia and supported Victoria Wood on tour.
“Razor sharp humour” Chortle
