The award for outstanding customer service by an individual was presented by BoS Chair, Ken Howe, to Anne Jaffa of The Hair Studio. The judges praised “In a world where technology and marketing rule the air waves and media, it’s always refreshing to see a business grow on word of mouth, through excellent service.”

With an incredible 500 nominations throughout the town the competition was tough and all businesses were applauded for their effort and commitment to their customers; particularly the finalists Ipswich Building Society, The Store and Angels Beauty Clinic.
