The Suffolk Coast Business Exhibition, organised by the Heritage Coast Market Towns Initiative (HCMTI), is on the move to Snape Maltings to allow room for expansion.

This year’s show, which took place on 2nd April at the magnificent Framlingham College has received praise from visitors and exhibitors with many already booked for 25th March 2015. Feedback included “The event exceeded my expectations. Thanks for all your hard work organising, and for making it as easy as possible – especially for new exhibitors like RichWords!”; together with a comment from a more experienced exhibitor, Alex Till, CEO of Menta, The Suffolk Enterprise Agency “Another superb event held by Heritage Coast Market Towns! Bringing a whole host of businesses and business people to the fabulous grounds of Framlingham college. The event was really enjoyable with a great variety of new and existing businesses coming to our stand, the range and quality of visitors was high, and the seminars offered throughout the afternoon were well received!”

Andy Smith, responsible for Economic Development at Suffolk Coastal District Council said “It is crucially important to bring businesses together to interact with each other, with funding partners, and with those of us who are in politics to promote business; and to get the public in. Events like this and the work which we and other public bodies do, help businesses and particularly new businesses, to get off the ground.”

Project Coordinator, for the HCMTI, Annette Mason-Gordon, who put on the exhibition said “We are delighted that so many businesses have benefited from the sponsorship received, the expertise shared by qualified training providers in the workshops and the time and effort put in by the board. It was great to involve some young people from the community as well, with an apprentice and students from Alde Valley and Thomas Mills schools registering guests.”
