Test observer in the back seat?

Over the years every driving test candidate COULD ask the Examiner if their Driving Instructor could sit in the back of the car during their driving test (the instructor was not allowed to ask), the Examiner would never refuse…

Driving Instructors really did not like the idea as they missed their cup of coffee and hearing about the Instructors who had a 100% pass rate!!!!!!!

But at the end of day, Instructors should take their customers interest to heart, finding out where they went wrong and help them to the next test. Not just listening to the Customer who can’t remember what the Examiner told them about how they failed.

SO AT LONG LAST THE DRIVING AGENCY are leaving the Them and Us attitude and making the Test a “FAMILY” AFFAIR COMING MORE INTO THE OPEN…

BELOW IS THE BREAKING NEWS:
………………………………………………………………………….

A QUESTION FROM YOUR EXAMINER?

As from the 6th APRIL 2010, your Driving Test Examiner will ask if you would like your Instructor, or another Observer to:

ACCOMPANY YOU ON YOUR CAR TEST?

BE PRESENT FOR YOUR TEST RESULT?

LISTEN TO THE FEEDBACK AT THE END OF THE TEST?

HAVING SOMEONE ACCOMPANY YOU ON TEST WILL ENABLE THEM TO IMPROVE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF HOW YOU PERFORMED UNDER TEST CONDITIONS IF YOU PASS THEY WILL

BE ABLE TO GUIDE YOU WITH ON GOING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT IF YOU DO NOT REACH TEST STANDARD

THEY WILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY WHAT FURTHER TRAINING YOU MAY NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR NEXT ATTEMPT…

The word Observer means whoever taught you you drive, a friend or relation…

When the Examiner enters the waiting room and calls your name, while checking your Driving Licence details, it’s at this stage they will ask if you would like to have a passenger in the back…
