Three Winners of the 2012 Norfolk Young Musician Competition and the Winner of the Norfolk Youth Music Trust Scholarship awarded to an Outstanding Second-Year Student at the UEA’s Music School will be featured in a Young Musicians’ Concert being held on Sunday 18 November 2012 at 2.30 p.m. in the United Reformed Church , Princes Street, Norwich.

Competition Winners Annabella Ellis (Soprano) Rose Herbert (Oboe) and Finlay McEwen (Saxophone) and by joined Scholarship Winner, Robert Peck (Piano).

Their programme will include vocal and instrumental music written by a wide range of composers.

Admission is £6.00 (Under 18s, £3.00) (payable at the door) including a copy of the programme and post-concert light refreshments.

This event marks the trust’s twelfth year in which the best of Norfolk young musicians are presented in public concert.

The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Norwich (Councillor Ralph Gayton and Brenda Gayton) and the Sheriff of Norwich and His Lady (Mr John Jennings and Mrs Jane Waters) will attend this event.
