‘NONSENSE and CLARITY’
– a joint exhibition by illustrator Tommy Human and photographer Mister Murven (7 – 30 Sept 2012)

Two friends share the gallery’s guest exhibition wall to show two diverse collections of work.
17 year old Mr Murven is currently studying photography, graphics and product design at Suffolk One Sixth Form College, Ipswich. This is his first exhibition showing his atmospheric seascapes and his key image of Ickworth House.Tommy Human returns to the gallery with his second exhibition in the form of prints of his skilled and very humerous drawings of people, cats, dogs and other animals. He is now in his last year at Herts University where he is studying illustration, and hopes to continue his creativity and studies in London by completing a Masters Degree.

 

‘CHOSEN IMAGES OF NATURE’
– the first photographic exhibition by 13 year old Emily Robbins (7 – 30 Sept 2012)

Emily has been taking photos for a long time but has only begun to take it seriously in the last year or two.She particularly likes taking pictures of animals and plants and enjoys shooting an unusual or obscure angle.She thinks this exhibition is a chance to do something with her photos and share them. She also hopes for advice on how to improve.In future she hopes to get a better camera and maybe do GCSE Media Studies and later on an ‘A’ level in photography.
