Active Norfolk is running a series of fun athletics courses this Summer for boys and girls aged 8 – 15. The courses involve running, jumping and throwing and team-based games.

All participants will receive a goodie bag which includes a Star:track T-Shirt. They must bring a packed lunch, drinks, suitable outdoor clothing and sunscreen. They should be signed in and out on all days of the course.
