Beccles Memorial Hospital Fête
takes place on Saturday June 29th 2013

2pm to 4pm

Beccles Rotary Club has organised this event for many years and been able to raise several thousand pounds for local Medical Charities.

The event takes place in the grounds of Beccles Hospital and has been well attended by local people who enjoy the afternoon’s entertainment.

A jazz band from Sir John Leman School entertains during the afternoon and a display by the June Glennie Dancers is always popular.

This year includes a short demonstration from the Beccles Taekwondo Club, who train Monday and Thursday at Beccles Sports Centre.

The many stalls promote various activities that raise the monies donated.

Stalls ranging from flower arranging to bric-a-brac and games of skill entertain our visitors for the hours of the Fête.

In 2012 the event raised over £2000.
