On 4th November 2012, local mum Helen Salmon will be running theentire 36 miles along the Boudicca Way, from Diss to Norwich, in an attempt to raise £6000 for two Norfolk charities; Cruse Berevement Care and 4C’s counselling.
If you know someone who runs please ask them to consider signing up to run a section of the route with Helen. Alternatively why not get a group of family and friends together to walk the last section at Whitlingham Broad?
Finally, if you live on or near the Boudicca Way it would be great if you could spare a few minutes on 4th November to get out and cheer on Helen as she passes by – more details.
