Fit4Work Tournament
The next Fit4work tournament is set for Monday 12th November at UEA Sportspark. Get together with your colleagues and book a team in either Table Tennis, Football or Netball – or all 3! The cost is just £10 per team per sport.

Norfolk Sports Awards 2012
Nominations are coming flooding in for the Norfolk Sports Awards. Judging takes place this Friday so there are still a few more days to vote if you haven’t already. Finalists will be announced on BBC Radio Norfolk on Monday 29th October. Tickets to the awards reception on 7th November are now available online.
