This Sunday the Forum and Millennium Plain in Norwich will be alive with music, stalls, street entertainment, complementary therapies, games and tips on looking after your mental health. The church at St Peter Mancroft will offer a quieter setting for refreshment of the mind, body and soul with peaceful music, art and craft demonstrations.

The Lord Mayor of Norwich Jeremy Hooke, with Helen McDermott of Radio Norwich and Dr Ian Gibson MP for Norwich North, will officially open the fair at 11am.

Local bands will be performing on the stage from 12noon.

The Norfolk Mental Health Alliance is an alliance of organisations in Norfolk working together to raise awareness and promote positive images of mental health. This is the 11th year for this event, it was known as the St Giles St Fair until its move to the Forum.

Entry to the fair is free and there will be activities for all the family to enjoy.
