St Elizabeth Hospice

St Elizabeth Hospice is urgently appealing for local people to start the New Year by volunteering at its shop in St Mary’s Street, Bungay.

The Hospice relies on supporters who dedicate their spare time to help the charity continue to improve life for people living with a progressive illness.

Hours can be flexible and you will have support and training.

Rebecca Barwick, The Hospice’s Volunteer Development Officer, said: “The support of our volunteers is vital, without them, the work of the Hospice could not continue. Our shops provide vital income to fund our services for patients and their families in Waveney and surrounding areas.

“ Whether you can spare a few hours, a morning or even a whole day, your help is invaluable to the Hospice.”

St Elizabeth Hospice is investing £2.2million over three years in services in Waveney and Great Yarmouth. The Hospice has services in, Beccles, Ditchingham, and Gorleston as well as East Suffolk.

If you would like to volunteer or for more information please contact Rebecca Barwick on 07713 287435 or email [email protected]
